The Trustees
The Trustees consist of a Chair of the Board of Trustees, a Chair of the Management Board, and a Chair of the Supervisory Board. The Board is responsible for the foundation’s functioning, financial management, and overall governance, and strategic direction of an organisation. The Board meets monthly.
The Board Officer 2023-2024
The Board Officers consist of a chairman, secretary, and treasurer. The Board Officers are selected on the recommendation of a confidential committee in a yearly meeting. The Board Officers are responsible for the daily management of the foundation. There are also various committees within the Board Officers. These committees organize activities within their disciplines after approval from the board. Each committee has a board member as contact person. In this way, the board can ensure that the committees continue to perform their tasks within the organization’s framework
